Content Policy

Effective date: September 7, 2026 · Last revised: September 7, 2026

This Content Policy sets the rules for every image you upload to Magic Motion (the "Service") and every video the Service generates on your behalf. It applies in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By clicking Generate on any upload flow you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, generate, distribute, or attempt to generate any of the following:

  • Adult / sexual content, nudity, pornography — including sexually suggestive poses, exposed genitalia, simulated sex acts, and adult-industry marketing material.
  • Hate speech, discriminatory imagery, or hate symbols — including slurs, dehumanising depictions, and imagery targeting a person or group based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or immigration status.
  • Violence, weapons in threatening contexts, gore — including graphic injury, execution imagery, threats of physical harm, and glorification of terrorism.
  • Minors in any suggestive or inappropriate context — any sexualised, exploitative, or otherwise inappropriate depiction of anyone under 18. Zero tolerance; reports are filed with law-enforcement and NCMEC as required by law.
  • Illegal activity or drugs — including promotion, sale, or manufacture of controlled substances, weapons trafficking, and any depiction of a crime in progress.
  • Content promoting self-harm — including suicide instructions, pro-eating-disorder content, or imagery glamourising self-injury.
  • Deepfakes or unauthorised likenesses of real people — including celebrities, politicians, private individuals, and anyone you cannot document written consent for.
  • Deceptive or fraudulent content — including impersonation of brands or officials, misleading claims, and election-manipulation material.
  • Malware, phishing, or scam material — including QR codes that route to malicious payloads, phishing landing pages, or fraudulent-checkout links.

2. Copyright & Intellectual Property

You must own or have documented permission for every image you upload to the Service. This includes the source mockup, any reference photos, garment designs, logos, and typefaces baked into the artwork.

You may not upload:

  • Copyrighted logos, characters, or brand marks you do not have a license to use.
  • Photographs of celebrities, athletes, or other public figures without written consent.
  • Photographs of private individuals without their permission.
  • Images generated by third-party AI tools whose licences forbid downstream commercial use.
  • Trademarked designs (including team logos, movie/TV property, video-game IP, and fashion-house monograms) you do not have rights to.

Magic Motion is a tool, not a rights-clearance service. You are solely responsible for every rights claim tied to content you upload or generate. See Section 10 of the Terms of Service for the full indemnification language.

3. Enforcement

When we detect (through automated moderation, human review, or a valid report) a violation of this Policy, we may take one or more of the following actions without prior notice:

  • Immediately remove the offending content from our systems and any linked destinations we control.
  • Suspend or terminate the offending account, including all associated Shopify shops and standalone user accounts.
  • Forfeit any unused tokens and refuse refunds for tokens spent on removed content.
  • Cooperate with law-enforcement requests and, where legally required, proactively report the violation.
  • Retain the acknowledgment record (timestamp, IP, User-Agent, checkbox state) for the duration required by law.

Repeat or egregious violations result in permanent bans. We do not issue advance warnings for content involving minors, credible threats of violence, or clear IP-theft-for-profit schemes.

4. Reporting Violations

If you believe content on Magic Motion violates this Policy, or infringes your intellectual property, email us with details:

Email: support@magic-motion.ai

Please include: a link or screenshot of the offending content, the reason it violates this Policy, and (for IP claims) proof of ownership. DMCA takedown notices should include the statutory elements listed in 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last revised" date at the top and, for account holders, communicated by email. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
